Diffused silicon pressure sensors use the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon materials, and form a Wheatstone bridge structure on the surface of the silicon chip through MEMS technology. When external pressure is applied, the resistance value of the bridge arms changes, outputting an electrical signal that has a linear relationship with pressure. Media compatibility: the fully welded 316L stainless steel structure enables it to measure strongly corrosive media, while GPTJG-BSCHX requires an additional diaphragm isolation; 3. Dynamic response: the fast response time of 1ms (90%FS) is significantly higher than the 5ms of the JYB-KO-HAG series, making it more suitable for hydraulic shock monitoring. However, it should be noted that diffused silicon sensors are sensitive to installation torque, and it is recommended to use a torque wrench to control it within the range of 15-20N·m.
When output signal drift occurs, first check whether the supply voltage is stable (24VDC±10%), and then eliminate the problem of blockage in the pressure guide pipe. For liquid measurement scenarios, it is recommended to perform zero-point calibration every 6 months (method: short-press the SET key for 3 seconds under atmospheric pressure). If high-temperature media (>85℃) needs to be measured, a heat sink or capillary extension device should be installed.
