Are you troubled by the uneven prices of ND-23 liquid level sensors? In highly corrosive environments such as chemical engineering and electroplating, ordinary liquid level sensors are often difficult to handle. Taking models such as PT-3022 and BYP-264 as examples, their price differences are mainly reflected in three key technical indicators: first is the purity of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, which for industrial grade is required to meet the ASTM D4894 standard; second is the corrosion resistance grade of the electrode, which should use Hastelloy C276 or titanium materials; finally is the sealing process, where the IP68 protection rating and triple mechanical sealing structure are key to ensuring long-term stability. We recommend that technical evaluators require manufacturers to provide material inspection reports and pressure test data.
Through analyzing customer feedback on models such as PH-356 and LMK-858, we found that the following misunderstandings often exist in technical model selection: the first is paying excessive attention to the initial procurement cost while ignoring the maintenance cycle cost of models such as UBY-3131; the second is blindly believing the "fully compatible" promotion, while in fact models such as PT500-602 still require customization for special media such as hydrofluoric acid; the third is ignoring manufacturer qualifications, as regular manufacturers should possess qualifications such as ISO9001 and explosion-proof certification. We recommend requiring suppliers to provide successful cases under the same working conditions.
