When an MPM-M displacement sensor has an abnormal signal,the first step is to check whether the power supply is stable。Use a multimeter to measure the supply voltage and ensure that it is within the rated range(usually 12-24VDC)。If the voltage is abnormal,check whether the power supply circuit has a short circuit or poor contact。
Next,check whether the signal output circuit is intact。For the HPS-M1-02-420 displacement sensor,it is recommended to use an oscilloscope to observe whether the output waveform is normal。If signal interference exists,consider adding shielding measures or installing a signal isolator。
