Analysis of Diffused Silicon Sensor Technology and MBS33-060G3067 Test Background

Under standard operating conditions,the tested nonlinearity error of MBS33-060G3067 was ±0.08%FS,better than the nominal specification。Compared with the MBS33-060G3089 model,its repeatability error was reduced by 15%,reaching an industry-leading level of 0.02%FS。The pressure-output curve plotted using the six-point calibration method showed that this model achieved a fitting degree of R²=0.9997 in the 0-2MPa low-range section,significantly better than 0.9989 for the PMB-S sensor。It is worth noting that,in the hydraulic oil medium test,its diaphragm anti-contamination design controlled long-term drift within ±0.05%/month,solving the pain point that traditional diffused silicon sensors are easily affected by the medium。
