The LXB-183 pressure transmitter adopts advanced diffused silicon sensor technology,and its core component is a Wheatstone bridge made of a monocrystalline silicon wafer。When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the sensing element,the silicon diaphragm produces slight deformation,causing the resistance value of the bridge circuit to change,and after amplification by a dedicated integrated circuit,it outputs a standard 4-20mA signal。Compared with models such as TCP-TCP1,this product has higher overload capacity(up to 3 times the range)and better media compatibility(achieved through a 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm)。The advantages of diffused silicon technology lie in high sensitivity(typical value 0.1%FS)and good long-term stability(±0.2%/year),making it especially suitable for the harsh operating conditions required by the DYB-HAG series。
During installation,please note:1)The threaded interface should be wrapped with PTFE sealing tape for 2-3 turns;2)The recommended installation distance for JK-180 supporting instruments should not exceed 50 meters;3)Avoid routing cables along the same path as strong interference sources such as frequency converters。For explosion-proof models such as PT-PT500,grounding must be carried out strictly in accordance with ATEX standards(grounding resistance ≤4Ω)。
The following key parameters can be configured through the ZD-803 handheld terminal:1)Range setting(supports multiple selections from 0-1MPa to 0-60MPa);2)Selection of output characteristics:linear/square root;3)Damping time adjustment(adjustable from 0.1-10 seconds)。Calibration requires a standard pressure source with accuracy better than 0.05%,with the specific steps as follows:①Connect the JF-JF316 calibration accessory;②Apply a preload of 5% of the nominal pressure at zero point;③Press the "ZERO" key to perform zeroing;④Load full-scale pressure,and press the "SPAN" key for calibration。Periodic calibration is recommended every 6 months,consistent with the maintenance cycle of products such as TCP-TCP1。
For frequent overload alarms,it is recommended to replace it with a wide-range model of the DYB-HAG series(allowing short-term 150% overpressure)。
To fully utilize the performance of PT-PT500 and other sensors,the following supporting solutions are recommended:1)For display control,select the JK-180 intelligent digital display instrument(with HART protocol);2)For signal isolation,use the JF-JF316 signal distributor;3)For pipeline connection,use the original factory-supplied 316L stainless steel ferrule connector。Special note:When measuring corrosive media,a measuring chamber with PTFE lining must be selected,which is the same as the optional configuration requirements of TCP-TCP1。
