In the pressure monitoring system of a reactor, when the LK-4016 cylindrical pressure sensor shows output signal fluctuations, it is first necessary to determine whether the fault lies in the sensor itself or in external interference. According to the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method in the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, we recommend troubleshooting in the following order: check power supply stability(the ±12VDC deviation should be controlled within 0.5%)→ test the grounding resistance of the shielded cable(should be ≤4Ω)→ verify the full-scale linearity of the sensor(use a standard pressure source for point-by-point testing). Especially in vibration environments such as batching plants, special attention should be paid to whether stress concentration has occurred at the mechanical connection parts of the BLR-12(1) series sensors.

If the NR-LZ1 sensor shows data jumps during reactor operation, the following three links should be checked immediately: ① whether the bending radius of the 24AWG shielded cable is less than 5 times the cable diameter;② oxidation of the terminals inside the junction box(treat with WD-40 contact restorer);③ check the RS485 terminal resistor at the transmitter end(120Ω±1%).
In chemical reactor pressure monitoring, special attention should be paid to the medium corrosiveness issue for the CYT-201A sensor.
