1、Identification and shielding of signal interference


Electromagnetic flowmeters such as the HQLDC series are susceptible to electromagnetic interference generated by equipment such as frequency converters and high-power motors。Technical evaluators need to use an oscilloscope to detect the output signal waveform。If abnormal jitter or spikes occur,check whether the grounding resistance is ≤4Ω(compliant with IEC 61326 standard)。It is recommended to use twisted-pair shielded cables,and ground the shielding layer at one end to the flowmeter body。The LDC electromagnetic flowmeter from Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instruments Co., Ltd. has a built-in digital filtering function,which can adjust the filtering intensity through parameter FCT-09,effectively suppressing 50Hz power-frequency interference。


2、Three-step diagnostic method for electrode contamination
