In the field of industrial process control, the diffused silicon sensor technology adopted by the KYB-Z04 pressure transmitter has become an industry benchmark due to its outstanding stability and accuracy. This technology forms a Wheatstone bridge through diffusion on a single-crystal silicon substrate. When medium pressure acts on the sensitive diaphragm, the resistance value changes and is converted into a standard signal output by the dedicated circuit of the CEMPX215-GATCA1 series. According to the requirements of the KYB-Z04 manual, special attention should be paid to three core aspects during installation: first, during the mechanical installation stage, it should be ensured that the process connection fitting (such as the ZWP-L61-K flange) is perpendicular to the pipeline axis to avoid mechanical stress affecting the zero output of the EDYBT-49 sensor; second, during electrical wiring, grounding of the shielded wire must be carried out strictly according to the wiring diagram of KYB18G07M1P4C3-I to prevent electromagnetic interference from causing abnormal signals in the CS-PT1200V transmitter; finally, in terms of media compatibility, corrosive fluids require the selection of special diaphragm materials for the BAR-GP1 model. During the commissioning stage, it is recommended to use the HQ-HQ1002 calibrator for three-point calibration to ensure that the error at 0%, 50%, and 100% range points does not exceed the accuracy class (usually class 0.5).
When the CFUEIIIERC1 pressure transmitter shows abnormalities, troubleshooting can be carried out according to the following process: if the displayed value fluctuates greatly, first check whether the power supply voltage is stable (24VDC±10%), and then measure whether the loop resistance meets the manual requirements (≤600Ω); if the output signal exceeds the limit, it is necessary to confirm whether the measuring range has been set incorrectly (for example, using a -0.1~1MPa sensor for a 2MPa working condition); for the temperature drift issue specific to diffused silicon sensors, correction can be made by activating the built-in temperature compensation algorithm of CFUEIIIERC1. It is worth noting that the manual particularly emphasizes that it is prohibited to use the equipment under pressure shocks exceeding the calibration range of ZWP-L61-K (usually 1.5 times the range).
When selecting a model, three dimensions should be emphasized: the process pressure range should be within 30%~80% of the sensor range; for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries such as CS-PT1200V, 316L stainless steel material and 3-A certification are required; in situations with vibration, it is recommended to choose products of the BAR-GP1 model with damping adjustment function.
