Environmental Adaptation and Model Selection Verification Before Installing the KYB-C1 Pressure Transmitter

In industrial flow control systems, the installation environment of the pressure transmitter directly affects its measurement accuracy and service life. Technical evaluators should pay special attention to the sensitivity of DG1300-PJ-1-CJ/GK/GZ and similar series products to medium characteristics, ambient temperature, and mechanical vibration. According to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, three core verifications should be completed before installation: medium compatibility testing (especially for highly corrosive liquids), matching analysis of ambient temperature and compensated temperature (refer to the -40~85℃ operating range of the MPM489E22B1C2G pressure transmitter), and vibration isolation solution design (required to meet the mechanical vibration resistance index above 20g).


Key Technologies for Sealing Treatment and Process Connection

On-site installation should comply with the IEC 61000-6-2 electromagnetic compatibility standard: power lines and signal lines must use twisted shielded cables (with the shield grounded at one end only), and maintain a distance of more than 30cm from power cables. In one power plant case, failure to install vibration damping pads according to the dimensional drawing requirements of the diffused silicon liquid and gas pressure sensor led to periodic fluctuation of the measured value by ±1.2%FS. It is recommended to configure a hydraulic damper with reference to the API 670 standard.
