As the "nerve endings" of industrial flow control systems, the JP-40C pressure transmitter adopts diffused silicon Hesmann sensing technology, with core advantages of 0.1%FS high accuracy and stable performance across a wide temperature range of -40~125℃. Unlike traditional piezoresistive sensors, the Hesmann structure forms a Wheatstone bridge on a monocrystalline silicon chip through an ion implantation process, enabling models such as DS-DS3000 to achieve outstanding overload resistance up to 300%FS. In practical applications, special attention should be paid to avoiding mechanical stress during installation from affecting measurement accuracy; it is recommended to use the matching SMP-X dedicated flange bracket.
1. JP-40D calibration process: Enter PV correction mode via the HART375 handheld communicator, first perform zero-point calibration (vent the pipeline pressure), and then apply a standard pressure source at 80% of the range. Note that the recommended calibration interval should not exceed 12 months, and in corrosive environments such as chemical industries it should be shortened to 6 months.
2. WY-131 remote transmission configuration: The 4-20mA output must be matched with a 250Ω precision resistor, and the Modbus slave station address must be set for RS485 communication. When networking with the integrated industrial digital display temperature transmitter TT21 domestic temperature transmitter, it is recommended to use a communication protocol converter of the same brand.
For the WW-131 model, the diaphragm should be cleaned with anhydrous ethanol cotton swabs, and mechanical scraping is strictly prohibited. Check the cable sealing connectors every quarter, and in humid environments it should be used together with the PT124B-211 dedicated waterproof breathable valve. When measuring corrosive media, it is recommended to choose the 316L stainless steel diaphragm version, whose corrosion resistance is 3 times higher than that of 304 stainless steel.
