Case 2:Large Deviation in Measured Value
Possible causes:medium crystallization caused by sealing failure of the PT-PT500 connector,overload of the DYB-HAG sensor。
Solution:check the range setting of the matching instrument(refer to the TCP-TCP1 nameplate parameters),and replace the original diaphragm assembly。
Key points for accessory replacement:
1. Before disassembling the IP-B pressure transmitter,pressure must be relieved first to prevent medium splashing
2. When installing the LXB-184 housing,silicone grease should be applied to the sealing rubber ring
3. After replacing the circuit board of the JF-JF316,the zero point must be recalibrated
