Q: Can the probe be installed vertically downward?
A: It is not recommended. The diffused silicon sensor should be kept horizontal or inclined upward by 15° to prevent particle accumulation. If downward installation is necessary, it is recommended to use the domestic displacement sensor WYDC-150MM differential pull-rod linear displacement sensor spring-return inductive sensor in combination.

Q: How should the electrical interface be waterproofed?
A: The standard protection rating is IP65. In humid environments, it is recommended to use armored cables and apply secondary sealing.


IV. Maintenance and Troubleshooting


The following inspections should be carried out every 6 months:

  1. Clean the probe surface with alcohol cotton
  2. Check whether the flange bolt torque is maintained at 15N·m
  3. Test the linearity of the 4-20mA output signal
  4. Calibrate zero drift (allowable ±0.5%FS)
