The HAKK-316 pressure transmitter adopts an all-welded 316L stainless steel structure, with an internally mounted temperature compensation circuit that has undergone laser trimming, ensuring ±0.1%FS accuracy stability within the range of -40℃~125℃. Compared with common pressure transmitters such as PT1001 or CFBPK/B on the market, its unique dual-diaphragm overload protection design can increase impact pressure resistance to 5 times the measuring range, significantly extending the service life of the sensor. A comparison of key parameters shows that after 1000 pressure cycle tests, the zero-point drift of traditional models such as DY20X reaches 0.3%, while HAKK-316 can still maintain an ultra-low error within 0.08%.

Technical evaluators should note that when the medium viscosity is >500cSt, it is recommended to choose transmitters such as the CFBTD series with conical pressure ports. For working conditions where water hammer effects exist, the 100ms response speed of STZ7 may be better, but its long-term stability will be 2 orders of magnitude lower than that of HAKK-316.
