The FST800-501P341G-400B pressure transmitter adopts diffused silicon piezoresistive sensing technology. By diffusing impurities onto a single-crystal silicon chip to form a Wheatstone bridge, when pressure is applied, the deformation of the silicon diaphragm causes resistance changes, ultimately outputting a standard 4-20mA signal. Compared with traditional capacitive or ceramic sensors, it features high accuracy of ±0.1%FS, long-term stability of 0.01%FS/year, and wide temperature compensation capability from -40~125℃. 1.Mechanical installation: When using the M20×1.5 threaded interface, a copper gasket seal is required, and the installation torque should be controlled within the range of 35-45N·m. 2.Electrical connection: The power cable should use shielded twisted pair wire (AWG18-22), with grounding resistance less than 4Ω. The FST800-501P341G-100B model supports HART protocol communication. During wiring, ensure correct polarity. The typical wiring diagram is as follows:
