1. Equipment Inspection: Confirm that the pressure switch body has no mechanical damage and that the wiring terminals comply with the IEC 60947-5-1 standard. It is recommended to use the FLUKE 754 process calibrator as the standard signal source, and its accuracy should be one order of magnitude higher than that of the device under test.2. Environmental Requirements: The calibration environment temperature must remain stable at 23±2℃, with relative humidity ≤85%RH. According to JJG 882-2019 Verification Regulation of Pressure Transmitters, the equipment must be placed in the calibration environment 2 hours in advance.3. Wiring Verification: Refer to the FPC-400 series wiring diagram included in the package, and use a multimeter to check the circuit impedance of the NPN relay signal alarm output line. The normal value should be 4.7kΩ±5%.
Step 1: Zero-Point CalibrationAfter connecting the 24VDC power supply, press and hold the SET key for 3 seconds under zero-pressure conditions to enter calibration mode. Use the ▲▼ keys to adjust the displayed value to 0.00MPa. At this time, the LED indicator should remain solid green.
