First,its sensitivity is 3-5 times higher than that of metal strain gauges,enabling high-accuracy measurement of 0.075%FS,which is especially suitable for applications with stringent accuracy requirements such as ZD-803。Second,it has excellent temperature characteristics,and the built-in temperature compensation circuit can control temperature drift within ±0.02%FS/℃,ensuring stable operation of the TCP-TCP1 transmitter over a wide temperature range of -40℃~125℃。In addition,diffused silicon sensors have no moving parts,with a theoretical service life of up to 10 million pressure cycles,significantly outperforming capacitive or ceramic sensors。

In liquid pressure measurement,the transmitter should be installed on the side of the pipeline to avoid sediment accumulation,and the standard G1/2" threaded connection of the TCP-TCP1 model can be directly installed at the measuring point。For gas media,top installation is recommended to prevent condensate accumulation。Before installation,all models should be checked to ensure that the sealing surface is flat,and the O-ring(included in the JF-JF316 accessory kit)should be intact,with the tightening torque controlled within the range of 15-20N·m。
For wiring,the standard DYB-HAG adopts a two-wire 4-20mA output。The wiring diagram shows that the red wire is connected to the positive pole of 24VDC,and the black wire is connected to the load terminal。Smart models such as PT-PT500 also support HART communication,requiring a 250Ω resistor to be connected in series in the loop。Special note:the JK-180 intrinsically safe transmitter used in explosive environments must be used with a safety barrier and wired strictly according to explosion-proof certification requirements。

For 4-20mA analog signals,the ZD-803 transmitter can be connected to a digital display meter(such as the XMT-3000 series matched with LXB-184),enabling on-site indication through range setting。In a DCS system,the current signal of the IP-B model can be directly connected to the AI module,with attention to impedance matching not exceeding 600Ω。The smart TCP-TCP1 supports the HART protocol,and remote parameter configuration and diagnostics can be implemented through the JK-180 communication adapter。
In applications requiring pressure control,the output of the JF-JF316 transmitter can be connected to a single-loop controller to form a complete PID control system。The PT-PT500 series also provides an RS485 interface option,making it convenient to connect to SCADA systems。Important reminder:the accuracy of all matching instruments should be at least one grade higher than that of the transmitter。For example,when using a 0.1 grade transmitter,the display instrument should be selected as 0.05 grade。
Environmental factors also need to be considered during system integration:junction boxes with a protection rating above IP65 should be selected for humid locations;PTFE cable sheaths are recommended for corrosive environments;shielded twisted-pair cables should be used and properly grounded in areas with severe electromagnetic interference。These measures can effectively ensure the long-term stable operation of the DYB-HAG transmitter system。
Standardized maintenance can significantly extend the service life of diffused silicon pressure transmitters。It is recommended to establish the following maintenance system:
Routine inspections include:observing whether the appearance of the TCP-TCP1 transmitter has mechanical damage;checking whether the cable connector seal is intact;confirming whether the displayed value is consistent with the system pressure。A zero-point calibration should be performed every month using a standard pressure source(such as the ZD-803 calibrator),and adjustment is required when the error exceeds 0.5% of the range。The static performance of models such as LXB-183 should be comprehensively tested every year,including linearity,repeatability and hysteresis indicators。
Common fault handling:large output signal fluctuations of the IP-B transmitter are usually caused by improper damping settings or blocked pressure guide pipes;JK-180 display value drift is mostly caused by temperature compensation failure or diaphragm overload;for PT-PT500 communication interruption,check whether the HART modem configuration is correct。For faults that cannot be repaired on site,it is recommended to return the product to the factory for repair rather than disassembling it by yourself,to avoid damaging the precision diffused silicon sensor chip。
In terms of spare parts management,sealing parts for commonly used models(JF-JF316 accessory kit),process connectors and cable connectors should be stocked。Special reminder:when replacing sensors,original genuine products must be used。Non-standard accessories may cause reduced measurement performance or even safety hazards。
