The DW803-10MPa pressure transmitter adopts advanced diffused silicon sensor technology to achieve high-precision pressure measurement through the piezoresistive effect of silicon crystals. As the core component of the DW803-10MPa pressure transmitter, the diffused silicon sensor uses single-crystal silicon material to form a Wheatstone bridge structure through semiconductor diffusion processing. For different working conditions, technical evaluators should focus on the following: for the food and pharmaceutical industries, sealing materials compliant with FDA standards should be selected; in salt spray environments such as offshore platforms, the anodized aluminum housing of the MPM480E22B1C1A can provide better protection; and the modular design of the DG1300-BZ-A-2-35/FC/GZ facilitates on-site maintenance. It is recommended to perform zero-point calibration every 12 months, and pulse dampers should be installed in high-vibration environments.
