Highly corrosive liquids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid place extremely high demands on flowmeter materials. Traditional metal materials may develop perforation corrosion within 48 hours, while the DNLDJ electromagnetic flowmeter adopts dual protection with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining and chloroprene rubber, and can withstand extreme environments with a pH value of 0-14 through a sealing process certified by ISO 9001. According to ASTM D543 standard testing, its lining material still retains >95% of its mechanical strength after 30 days of immersion in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid.
