When the DG1300-BZ-B-2-10-CJ-AE pressure transmitter displays abnormally, it not only affects normal equipment operation, but may also create safety risks. This article addresses common fault symptoms of diffused silicon liquid and gas pressure sensors, providing quick troubleshooting methods and solutions to help operators accurately identify display problems of models such as PT124B-210-1MPa-G1/2, and guide how to restore transmitters such as KYB-800 to normal operating status.
For diffused silicon sensors represented by DG1300-BZ-B-2-10-CJ-AE, abnormal display is usually caused by the following issues:unstable power supply voltage(below 12V or above 36V), medium temperature exceeding the -20~+85℃ operating range, 316L stainless steel diaphragm damaged by corrosive media, failure of the G1/2 threaded connection seal resulting in medium leakage, short circuit or open circuit in the 4-20mA signal line, failure to perform regular zero calibration(especially for high-pressure models such as PT124B-210-1MPa-G1/2), external electromagnetic interference, etc. A petrochemical enterprise once experienced a 10% measurement deviation under 80℃ operating conditions because the HTJ-HTJ110 transmitter did not have temperature compensation. The issue was later solved after replacing it with Domestic General-Purpose Pressure Transmitter NS-221 Water Pressure Oil Pressure Air Pressure Sensor. This product uses a wide-temperature-range design(-40~+400℃)and has passed IP67 protection certification.
When zero drift occurs in models such as LD-108-3PBA793, three-point calibration must be performed according to ISO 9001 standards:①Turn off the pressure source and adjust the ZERO potentiometer so that the output is 4mA;②Apply 50% range pressure and adjust SPAN to 12mA;③Verify 20mA output under full-scale pressure. Note:When calibrating high-temperature models such as HTJ-HTJ100, wait until the medium temperature stabilizes at 25±5℃.
Q:PTS702Q-400M-MA-C-M20 display value fluctuates greatly?
A:Check the damping time setting(usually 0.5-2 seconds). If the medium pulsation is strong, a snubber valve can be added.
Q:How to determine whether the diffused silicon sensing element of DG1300-BZ-B-2-0.8-CJ-AE has failed?
A:Measure the bridge arm resistance under pressure. The normal value should be 3-6kΩ. If it is open circuit or the resistance value is abnormal, replacement is required.
For high-pressure models such as PT124B-210-1MPa-G1/2, the following maintenance is recommended every 6 months:①Clean the Hirschmann connector with anhydrous ethanol;②Check the sealing gasket of the M20*1.5 thread;③Test power supply stability within the 12-36VDC range. When not in use for a long time, the medium temperature should be kept within the 0-50℃ storage range.
When transmitters such as HTJ-HTJ110 fail frequently, consider upgrading to Domestic General-Purpose Pressure Transmitter NS-221 Water Pressure Oil Pressure Air Pressure Sensor, which offers ultra-high accuracy of 0.05%FS and medium resistance up to 400℃, making it especially suitable for extreme operating conditions such as metallurgy and aerospace. Our engineering team provides calibration services in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, ensuring that every sensor shipped from the factory has undergone 72 hours of aging testing.
