In harsh industrial environments such as strong acids and alkalis, how to achieve precise liquid level measurement has become a core pain point for technical evaluators. The CYH-136ZF anti-corrosion level transmitter uses military-grade polytetrafluoroethylene material and is specially designed for highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. This product adopts a three-layer composite protection structure: 1) the media-contact layer is 5mm-thick polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), with acid and alkali resistance reaching the ASTM D543 standard; 2) the intermediate layer uses 316L stainless steel bellows for isolation; 3) the outer layer is an IP68 protective housing. Key parameters include: measurement accuracy ±0.25%FS, operating temperature -20~120℃, and maximum pressure resistance of 16MPa, far exceeding similar competing models such as WMY-SFYX and DB-88.
