In high-temperature industrial scenarios such as petrochemicals and power energy, traditional level sensors often face three major technical bottlenecks: material deformation, signal drift, and seal failure. Taking refinery cracking units as an example, the medium temperature is maintained above 300℃ for long periods, the average service life of ordinary sensors is less than 6 months, and the measurement error is as high as ±5%. Under such operating conditions, the CYB-33 high-temperature guided-pressure level transmitter developed by Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrumentation Co., Ltd. adopts a 316L stainless steel armored cable structure. Through guided-pressure isolation technology, the high-temperature medium is physically isolated from the sensing element. Actual measured operating temperature range can reach -40~400℃, with accuracy stable at 0.2%FS, thoroughly solving the reliability problem of measurement in high-temperature environments.
The revolutionary design of this product is reflected in three dimensions: first, the uniquely developed heat-dissipating guided-pressure structure transmits the pressure of the high-temperature medium through multi-layer metal bellows to the silicone oil-filled cavity at the normal-temperature end, preventing the sensing element from directly contacting the heat source; second, it uses a military-grade ceramic capacitive sensing chip combined with a temperature compensation algorithm, maintaining repeatability accuracy of ±1mm even under 400℃ operating conditions; finally, the integral IP68-rated stainless steel armored cable can resist corrosion from strong acids and strong alkalis. Compared with common models on the market such as ZNZPTB605 and HQ183, the MTBF (mean time between failures) of the CYB-33 is increased to 50,000 hours, far exceeding the industry standard requirement of 20,000 hours.

For different temperature ranges and medium characteristics, it is recommended to select configurations according to the following principles: when the medium temperature exceeds 350℃, the CYB-35 derivative model with dual condenser tubes should be selected; for strongly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid, the MPT630 version with a Hastelloy diaphragm is required; in scenarios with severe mechanical vibration (such as boiler steam drums), the damping adjustment function of the LY-BP500 model can effectively suppress false signals. Compared with competitors such as JKU901 and CW801G, Shenghongchuang products support customized split-type installation, with the sensor and transmitter module separable by up to 20 meters, perfectly solving the difficulty of protecting electronic components in high-temperature areas.
