In the measurement of highly corrosive media in industries such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals, the selection of the BYP-264 anti-corrosion level transmitter directly affects production safety and cost control. This article focuses on mainstream models such as PT-3022, PH-356, and UBY-3131, and compares and analyzes the product quality differences among three core suppliers from three dimensions: sealing process, polytetrafluoroethylene lining thickness, and long-term stability, providing key decision-making references for technical evaluators.
For level transmitters used to measure highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, their core performance indicators directly determine the service life and measurement accuracy of the equipment. The thickness of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining is a key parameter for evaluating anti-corrosion performance, and it is usually required to reach more than 1.5mm to effectively resist the corrosion of strong acids and alkalis.
