In the field of safety monitoring in the chemical industry, the BST6600-BB pressure transmitter has become an industry benchmark thanks to its outstanding performance. Based on the R&D achievements of the national-level laboratory in Xixian New Area, Xi'an Shenghongchuang Instrumentation Co., Ltd. launched the BST6600-BB series, which adopts a military-grade 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm. Having passed the ASTM G48 standard salt spray test, its corrosion resistance is 300% higher than conventional models such as ZRN201.
Using a 24-bit ADC chip and digital filtering technology, it achieves a measurement accuracy of ±0.1%FS within the 0-10MPa range, far exceeding the ±0.25%FS specification of imported brands such as Hapiot SMP131-TLD. Test data shows that in a 50Hz power-frequency interference environment, its output fluctuation is less than 0.05%, perfectly solving the industry problem that transmitters such as SDW1300 are susceptible to interference near frequency converters.
Unlike threaded sealing structures such as SDP6A00, the BST6600-BB uses laser welding technology to achieve seamless integration between the process connector and the housing. According to third-party testing, it still maintains an IP67 protection rating under a 2MPa water pressure impact, making it especially suitable for scenarios such as chlor-alkali chemical processing where strong spray conditions exist.
It has a built-in three-axis MEMS temperature sensor, enabling automatic full-temperature-range compensation within -40℃~125℃. Compared with transmitters such as BL-Y202 that are not equipped with a compensation module, it can still maintain a temperature drift error within 0.2% under the high-temperature working condition of 80℃, greatly reducing the false alarm rate in high-temperature scenarios such as refining units.
