Compared with similar products such as the Φ45mm compact design of the C-C23 pressure transmitter,BBP-1 is more suitable for conventional pipeline installation;compared with the large-flange structure of the CY-4000 pressure transmitter,it offers stronger spatial adaptability。Before installation,it is recommended to print a 1:1 dimension drawing for on-site comparison,with special attention to maintaining a maintenance clearance of ≥30mm between the sensor head and the pipeline。
The measurement accuracy of diffused silicon liquid and gas pressure sensors is closely related to the installation position。Based on field application experience with models such as PT-PT115、CPT-CPT1,the following core principles should be followed:
1.Medium characteristics first:When using the ZC-316 pressure transmitter to measure viscous liquids,a section with stable medium flow should be selected,avoiding installation in turbulent areas such as pipeline elbows and downstream of valves。For gas measurement(such as the LRDG-LRDG model),the installation point should be located at the upper part of the pipeline to prevent condensate accumulation。
2.Vibration isolation:High-performance models such as YM-bestace661/662 are sensitive to mechanical vibration,so the installation position should be at least 1.5 times the pipe diameter away from vibration sources such as pumps and compressors,and vibration-damping brackets should be added when necessary。Measured data shows that proper vibration damping can reduce signal noise by more than 60%。
3.Temperature compensation:Diffused silicon sensor chips are significantly affected by ambient temperature。Even models with temperature compensation functions such as the P-C pressure transmitter should avoid direct sunlight or heat radiation sources。When the ambient temperature exceeds 70℃,it is recommended to use heat sinks or install with extended capillary tubes。
Different models of diffused silicon pressure transmitters vary in installation details。By comparing the technical parameters of BBP-1 with mainstream models,a targeted installation plan can be developed:
1. Threaded installation type(BBP-1/C-C23):When screwed into the pipeline,sealing tape or gaskets must be used,and care should be taken not to exceed the rated torque(usually 40N·m),as over-tightening may cause deformation of the sensor diaphragm。After installation,zero-point calibration is recommended to compensate for the initial deviation caused by mechanical stress。
2. Flange installation type(CY-4000):DN50 flange bolts should be tightened in multiple passes in a diagonal sequence,and the flange sealing surface should be clean and free of scratches。For models with remote diaphragms such as YM-bestace662,ensure that the perpendicularity between the flange and the pipeline axis is ≤1°。
3. Hygienic installation(LRDG-LRDG):When using clamp connections,special sealing rings must be used,and SIP/CIP tolerance testing is required after installation。For this type of sensor(such as ZC-316 medical grade),the installation inclination should be controlled within ±15°。
After physical installation is completed,system commissioning is required to ensure measurement accuracy,especially for high-performance models such as CPT-CPT1 with an accuracy of 0.1%:
1.Zero-point calibration:Under no-pressure conditions,perform zero-point calibration through a HART handheld communicator or local buttons。For models with on-site display such as the P-C pressure transmitter,the deviation value can be observed directly。
2.Linearity test:Apply 25%、50%、75%、100% of the measuring range pressure to YM-bestace661,and record the output signal deviation。Industry standards require nonlinearity to be ≤±0.2%FS。
3.Environmental compensation:Monitor the impact of surrounding temperature changes on the output,and enable the built-in temperature compensation function when necessary。Experiments show that uncompensated diffused silicon sensors may generate an additional error of 1.5% within the range of -20~80℃。
